She has an in-depth understanding of product development and go-to-market strategies, risk management, operations and financing in scale-up companies experiencing strong growth, transformation or restructuring. She is recognized for her contagious energy, unwavering commitment, inclusive leadership and keen understanding of the various issues, their impact on the organization and the concrete initiatives to put in place over the short to long term.
